Completing a Replenishment
Receive a shipment of controlled medications? Learn how to add these medications into your station inventory
Select "Receive" from the home screen

- You will need to select a replenishment type if your agency allows for loose vials.
1) Enter Purchase Order Details
Select your supplier
Optional: Purchase Order # and 222 Upload
- Refer to this article if you do not see your supplier name in the list of selections.

2) Receive Packages On Hand ➡️ Click Next
Ensure your cursor is on "Start Scanning"

Scan the GS1 DataMatrix Barcode for each product received. The barcode will be located on the outside of the package and look similar to the one below:
Scan boxes received. The products will be logged as being received and automatically populate the Lot # and expiration date.
2a) If you don't have a wireless scanner, select "Start Manual Entry."

2b) Select a Product from your list or add a new NDC.

2c) If selecting existing product, select existing NDC or add a new NDC.

2d) Select from existing Lot # or add a new Lot #.

2e) Enter amount of packages received for this specific product and click "Add"

3) Finalize
To complete the replenishment, you will finalize with verification signatures. Depending on your agency's configuration, this may be one or two signatures.

Once all verification signatures have been added, the station inventory count will be automatically updated with the medications added.
