Verification Settings
Change the number of verification signatures required and whether or not a manual signature can be used.
1) Navigate to Verification Settings
Admin > Settings > Verification
2) Apply changes to each desired inventory action
For each inventory action, you will be able to change the number of required signatures. It is generally recommended to require 2 signatures for all inventory actions in most cases.
You can also choose to allow manual signatures to be used in addition to, or in lieu of a PIN. This setting would be used if your agency obtains signatures from non S2 users that do not have an account or PIN set up (Ex: waste signature from hospital staff).
