Truck Replenishment
Direct replenishment of a truck inventory rather than using a transfer from a station or a reconciliation. Commonly used for agencies resupplying from hospital pharmacy.
Turning on the "Truck Replenishment" feature
1) Go to Admin > Settings > Features > Replenishment
2) Change "Wholesale Boxes Only" to "Loose Vials Only" or "Both" to allow for replenishment of individual vials.
3) Toggle on "Replenishment on Truck Inventories"
- Once turned on, you will be able to change the name for truck replenishments
- Turn on additional options applicable to your agency's needs:
- Allow those without a S2 account to verify replenishment:
- Useful for allowing hospital personnel to verify when replenishing from pharmacy
- Allow scanning of GS1 barcodes
- Useful if replenishing whole boxes
- Recount on replenishment
- Force users to complete an inventory count after completing a truck replenishment
- Allow Technicians to delete a replenishment
- Allows standard users to delete a truck replenishment created erroneously.
- Allow those without a S2 account to verify replenishment:
Starting a Truck Replenishment
1) In the drop down menu, select "Replenishment" from the truck inventory you wish to restock.
2) Select "Add Replenishment"
Adding Products
1) Select the product you wish to add
2) Confirm or add NDC
3) Enter Lot # & Exp
4) Enter number of vials to be added
*Count Vials & Scan Seal
*These two steps are only applied if the "recount on replenishment" feature is turned on
1) Count all inventory products
2) Scan or enter new seal #
Verification
1) Select a supplier from the dropdown
- If you do not see the name of your supplier on this list, your administrator will need to add them as a new supplier.
2) Add signatures
- Second signature may be from non-S2 user if the feature is turned on
