System Setting Features
Overview of the features in the system settings section

System Settings
API Access
- Turn on this feature to view or set the GUID used for accessing the API and add authorized IP addresses.
Allow Decimals for Products
- When checked, all products will have the ability to be transferred, replenished, and reconciled using whole numbers or decimal numbers. This setting can be overridden at the Product level.
Allow Shortened Expiration Dates for Refrigerated Products
- After turning this feature on, you will need to go to your Station inventories, Products view, open the appropriate product by clicking on the Package NDC, look for the refrigerated product toggle, and set the shelf life days for that product.
Control Values
- Turn this feature on to enable tracking at the vial level with self-generated values or barcoded seals.
Inactivity Timeout
- When checked, users will timeout after 5 minutes of inactivity. They will be prompted to continue their session 30 seconds prior to the timeout.
Lock Inventory to Responsible Party
- If on, only a technician who is the current responsible party (oncoming Shift Change) can create an update inventory event for that inventory.
Require Minimum Length PIN
- If on, a user's PIN must reach the desired minimum length
Show Non-Possession PQA
- When checked, users will who are not in possession of an inventory will see a different PQA on the home screen.
- Users will be able to start a shift change from the home screen when active.
