How to enable and configure email and push notifications
Navigating to Notification Settings
Go to your profile page by selecting your name from the dropdown menu and clicking on "My Profile" (both mobile & web) or by selecting the "Profile" tab at the bottom of your screen (mobile only).
Scroll over to the "Notifications" tab in the menu bar at the top of your screen
Mobile View Only: clicking on the back arrow will take you back to the menu list.
Web View: The menu list will be shown on the left side of your screen during configuration.
Settings Page
On this page, you are able to enable push notifications and configure a recurring schedule for summary emails.
- Note that the push notifications toggle button is only visible on the web version and will only affect the current device you are configuring.
Summary Emails
These emails provide automated notifications for summary reports configured on the other pages such as:
- Expired products summary
- Products outside of PAR
- Medication uses
- List of users with no signature and PIN
By clicking on the "change schedule" tab on this page, you can change the time and frequency at which you receive summary emails from Schedule2.

User Notifications Page
- Receive emails whenever there is an upcoming user deactivation
- Receive automated summary email showing users with no signature and PIN
Shift Change Notifications Page
- Receive emails, push notifications, or both whenever a shift change discrepancy occurs
Medication Use Notifications Page
- Receive emails, push notifications, or both whenever a medication use is finalized
- Receive automated summary email showing a summary of medication uses
Inventory Notifications Page
- Receive automated summary email showing expired products
- Receive automated summary email showing products outside of an inventory's PAR level
