1) Navigate to "User List"
Admin > Users > User List
2) Select the locked out user
- To quickly find locked out users, you can apply the following filter:
- The locked out user will have the following icon next to their name:
3) Click on the "Unlock" tab in the user's details page
4) Optional: Reset user password
If the user needs their password reset after having their account unlocked, you can do this from their profile. See How to Change User Password.
Once the user account is unlocked, they will be able to sign in as usual without additional actions needed.
