A pending inventory action may need to be completed or deleted prior to initiating any new inventory actions.
As an example, you will get the following warning/error when trying to complete a Shift Change with a pending Medication Use: 
If a pending inventory action was started erroneously, you can complete the following steps to delete it:
1) Navigate to the menu of the pending inventory action you wish to delete
2) Click "Show / Hide"
3) Click on the red trash can icon to delete the pending action
