How To Deactivate & Reactivate User Accounts

Deactivating a User Account

1) Navigate to "User List"

2) Select the user you wish to deactivate

3) Click on the "deactivate" tab in the user's profile

Reactivating a User Account

1) Navigate to "User List"

Admin > Users > User List

2) Apply the filter for "inactive users"

  • The default filter is set to show active users only. Click on the tab shown below to view all inactive users:

  • You can apply this additional filter to quickly find users that were deactivated due to inactivity if needed:

  • Users deactivated due to inactivity will appear with the following icon next to their name:

Note: A user will be deactivated due to inactivity for the following reasons:

  • 180 days of not logging in or verifying a medication use
  • Not completing their setup within 90 days
  • No welcome email has been sent in 180 days since this user was created. 

 

3) Select the deactivated user

4) Click on the "Reactivate" tab to make the user's account active again
